We enjoyed making our 2023 entry into the Dandelion Gallery so much that we decided to make another in 2024.

We wanted to incorporate local themes into the sculpture and following the donation of a yacht sail decided we should look to Lake Michigan and the Waukegan Yacht Club for inspiration.

The rules for 2024 changed a little and the sculpture had to be created from 90% recycled or reclaimed materials.
